Sales and Marketing
In addition to computer skills tests and a General Questionnaire, all Sales and Marketing candidates undergo a practical sales test.
The candidates are sent a brief covering what they are required to sell and they have 24 hours to do all the preparation.
They are then given a time slot and are required to sell a product to us. They are marked on their sales technique, closing negotiating skills, presentation skills e.t.c
This enables us to match the level and type of sales skills required by the employer with the best fit candidate.
