All office staff candidates are required to undergo a full test on the computer. They are required to compose and type a letter, do a spelling test, order and complete an excel spreadsheet with a pie chart and annotations.

In addition, they also undergo a Priority Test and fill in a General Questionnaire which reveals solution based answers, initiative and responsibility.

These candidates are personally interviewed and all references are checked.
