All candidates of management level are given complex computer tests on Microsoft Office or the appropriate Computer Application and timed. They complete a Priority task and a General Questionnaire which highlights solution-seeking skills, initiative and multi-tasking.

If the Manager is specialized in a certain field, for example Logistics and Procurement, they are required to complete a test in the chosen field.

If a company or employer wants candidates to complete a tailor-made test, Summit Recruitment & Training is happy to do this on behalf of the employer. This test is used only when interviewing for that particular company.
