Placement
We do not ask for any payment before a candidate is successfully placed. First, we ask for a full brief of the job role from the employer, once received, we set about selecting the most suitable candidates for the role.
We can guide an employer through the prevailing salaries in the marketplace if required and are available to discuss the specific needs of the employer. The more information we have, the better we are able to match the candidates. We usually put forward 2 to 3 candidates for a role and the employer is sent a ‘Profile’ of the candidates before the interview.
Once a suitable candidate is chosen, an agreed trial period is set, after which, if the employer takes on the individual, Summit Recruitment & Training invoices the employer one month's gross salary. You only pay if the candidate is successful.
