Summit Recruitment and Training is owned by Sue Withers who holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature and a 2 year Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management. She worked for 5 years in the U.K in the hotel industry and then joined Utell International, a multinational hotel reservation and web company. Sue took over as Vice-President for Utell, managing the Asia Pacific region, comprising of 4 Offices in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore, covering all aspects of Business Development, Sales, PR, Marketing, Accounts, HR, Administration, Staff and Client liaison. Sue moved to Kenya with her family in 2006 and set up Summit Recruitment & Training shortly afterwards.
Assisting Sue at Summit Recruitment and Training is Cathie Kamau, the Office Manager who is a graduate in Communication and has previously worked for the Law Reform Commission and at Sakina Bureau Services, a secretarial service provider.
